Kids Easter Basket Ideas from Baby to Teenager
I can’t believe Easter is next Sunday! The pic above is a little throw back from a couple years ago 🙂 Prepping for the kid’s Easter baskets has been a little piece of normalcy I’ve been looking forward to. If you saw this post last week, you know why keeping up with our Easter traditions is so important to me this year. Since a lot of our time will be at home the next couple weeks at least, I tried to pick things for the home (comfy clothes, games, stuff for the yard, etc…) I pretty much got everything at one spot.  Below are a few highlights for each kids with links to everything I ordered.
MARA: (TEENAGE GIRL IDEAS)
MARA’S BASKET : NIKE SWEATSHIRT | HOSPITAL LEGO SET | SCRUNCHIE PACK | BUBBLE BATH | BATH BOMB (ALSO GOT HER THIS ONE – THEY ARE BOGO 1/2 OFF)
Mara is really into Nike lately, so I got her this colorful sweatshirt which is perfect to kick off spring (how cute is the throwback colorblock look? I need one! haha. She can fit into woman’s XS now ðŸ˜, it’s crazy how old she is getting!  She also loves playing Legos with the boys and I thought this set was perfect, especially since we’ve had such a focus on hospital workers lately – love this set to celebrate those healthcare heroes! Kohl’s also had so many cute scrunchie sets, I had a hard time settling on just one but love these colors.
Extra Teenage Girl Ideas: Nail polish, face masks, makeup brushes, coloring stuff, melty beads, slippers
WES: (TEENAGE BOY IDEAS)
BATH BALL (HAS A TOY SURPRISE INSIDE)
WES’ BASKET : X-BOX WIRELESS CONTROLLER | SCATTERGORIES CARD GAME | LEGO SHUTTLE SET
Wes loves playing video games with his dad (and siblings). We usually have to stick to two-players at a time, and especially now that Beckam is getting old enough to want to play, I wanted to surprise Wes with his own Wireless Xbox One controller. We also love to play games as a family, board games, card games, you name it. I love this card version of Scattergories (you guys know how obsessed with are the with Monopoly card game version, haha) for another fun activity we could do together as a family.
Extra Boy Ideas: Mini Nerf guns, Matchbox cars, Lego minifigures, anything glow in the dark, slime (I stopped buying my kids slime because it somehow ends up getting on some piece of furniture or rug every time, but the kids love it, haha!), swimming goggles.
BECKAM: (AGE 4- 7)
BECKAM’S BASKET : PLAY DOUGH EGGS | MELISSA & DOUG ACTIVITY BOOK | LEGO ICE CREAM TRUCK SET |Â LEGO RACE CAR SET
Melissa & Doug is one of my favorite brands for kids stuff, so they are always one of the first places I look. Kohl’s has these cute sticker pads that I knew Beckam would love (and also a great quiet time activity, haha). It came in a 3 pack which was perfect because he will 100% want to have Mara and Wes do it with him. I also got him this Ice Cream Truck Lego (if one kid gets a LEGO set, they all need one, am I right? haha) and these cute Play Dough eggs for a basket stuffer. Also love this easter game for something more festive!
Extra Ideas: Tub crayons/markers, mystery eggs, magic towels, puzzles, matchbox cars
OLLIE (BABY IDEAS)
OLLIE’S BASKET: STUFFED BUNNY | NURSERY BOOKS | BEAD MAZE
Holidays have been extra special over this past 6 month’s because there’s something so magical about seeing your babies ‘firsts’. Even though Ollie is still too young to understand what’s going on, it’s even more exciting for the rest of us to have him be part of it. (I love that Beckam finally gets to be a big brother – Mara and Wes have always been so good at it and Ollie is finally getting to the stage where B can help out and interact with him more. 🙂 I decided to get him a few little things this stuffed rabbit to remember his first Easter and this little toy for his play seat. Also how cute is this little nursery rhyme tower set! So excited to start reading those to him!
Extra Baby Ideas: When the kids are that little, I usually just get essentials I would buy anyway 🙂 A few ideas: a sippy cup, teething toy, swimsuit, lotion…
HUSBAND/ FAMILY IDEA:
Cody’s Basket: Honestly I wasn’t even looking for a gift for Cody initially, but I saw this lawn dart set on Kohl’s and was excited to get it for the fam. Especially now that the weather is warming up, I thought it would be a great way to get the kids outside for a bit. Instead of adding it to one of the kids’ basket I decided to give it to Cody for Easter (because let’s be real, he’s going to beat us most of the time anyway 😂) Also got this Guess Who game for the family – it’s a classic! Can’t believe we didn’t have it already!
FAMILY TIE-DYE: Lastly, we’ve been on a major tie-dye/hydro-dipping kick at home so I got everybody these cute white Nike socks so we could all have fun tie-dying them together for a fun home activity this month.
They also have tons of great options under $10 that make great basket stuffers. How cute is this Jelly Belly set? Also love this little truck/car play foam set and this underwater creature set – it was included as a free gift with purchase for my order but Beckam will love it! This Itsy Bitsy Bunny set is another cute basket idea and love this nail art kit for Mara.

I’m wondering why you buy gifts at Easter time. The tradition in Australia is just to give Easter eggs.
Hi – I think every family should do what they feel is best. We decided to still get gifts for our kids to do fun things at home as a family since we are still on quarantine. Do Whatever you feel is best for your kids 🙂
